У статті розглядаються теоретичні та методичні аспекти по застосуванню нових знань про фактори, які
сприяють підвищенню мотивації школярів та студентів до занять фізичною культурою.
The article
deals with some theoretical and methodic aspects of applying new knowledge about factors increasing schoolchildren and students’
motivation to physical training.
In the last years, the academic load for schoolchildren and students has increased to such an amount that threatens with
different body systems illnesses, primarily due to inactive life, restrictive motor efforts. Physical training and sport can be an effective
counteraction to these consequences of limited physical activity and important factors of health improvement, harmonious
development, work-efficiency increase and fatigue reduction, increasing of body resistance.
The program of physical education in general educational institutions covers different organizational forms that can
compensate the students’ motor activity deficit, which arises in the overloaded educational process. However, in reality the only one
form prevails – physical education lesson, the teachers teach it twice or three times a week. It is systematic purposeful physical
trainings of developmental nature that can be really effective in youth’s physical state and health’s improvement. Among such
trainings are sports classes at schools and clubs, independent home exercises.
Motives and interests of schoolchildren and students in physical education sphere depend on age peculiarities and
psychological features, social environment, temperament, economic conditions of every family.
