У статті розкриваються компетентності з організації і проведення рухової активності як інтегральної
особистісної характеристики, виділяються і характеризуються складові їх змісту: мотиваційний, особистісно-
орієнтаційний та діяльнісно-практичний компоненти, виділяються критерії та показники, що дозволяють
ідентифікувати окремі види компетентності, які відрізняються один від одного змістом рухової діяльності.
В статье раскрываются компетентности по проведению двигательной активности
как интегральной личностной характеристики, выделяются и характеризуются составляющие их содержания:
мотивационный, личностно-ориентационный и деятельностно-практический компоненты, выделяются критерии и
показатели, позволяющие идентифицировать отдельные виды компетентности, которые отличаются друг от
друга содержанием двигательной деятельности.
The article explores ways to improve physical education in the universities of Ukraine and, in particular, the mastery of
the students competencies, knowledge, skills and practical skills of self-study physical activity and exercise. Theoretical analysis
and generalization of literature have shown, that all researchers associated competence, ie, knowledge, experience, education,
opportunities, values the person with the specific content of its activities and with the qualitative characteristics of its
performance. The result of these activities should be the improvement of Health Protection and physical fitness of students.
Analіz scientific sources, its own research and experience allowed the author to highlight the competencies that must acquire the
students while studying at the university non sports profile: 1) the ability to use different types that form of motor activity to
enhance physical fitness, recreation and a healthy way of life that improving human health; 2) the ability to use the acquired
knowledge and peculiarities of use of motor activity for the formation of health practice; 3) the ability to independently carry out
physical exercises to correct the physical condition, fitness and health. For the practical implementation of selected
competencies in the educational process of university students (except for schools sports profile, which requires a broader set of
competencies), the author highlighted such components; motivational, learner-orientation, operation and practical, as well as the
relevant criteria and indicators, which are reviewed and evaluated the students at four levels - low, sufficient, medium, high. The
result of training in the context of competencies should be recognized the knowledge, skills and practical skills of students,
namely: 1) knowledge of the laws that features the use of motor activity for the formation of health; 2) the ability and skills to
perform specific sets of exercises and motor action in one form or another motor activity (sports); 3) the ability to build
sequence of exercises, their scope and intensity; 4) knowledge and skills to determine the amount of physical activity as a
separate training lessons, and during the week, the month, and its effect on the human body, depending on the age, condition
fitness and health; 5) practical skills to carry out self-control over their own functional state during self-study a certain type of
motor activity and in the recovery period.The level of formation represented by the competence of students to the organization
of motor activity to determine the optimality of physical education in one or another university.
