В статті досліджується проблема підготовки майбутніх фахівців музичнопедагогічних спеціальностей до виробничо-практичної діяльності, акцентується увага на питаннях методологічних підходів до управління практико орієнтованим навчальновиховним процесом, висвітлюється зміст, функції та структура даної підготовки. Автором пропонуються педагогічні умови фахового становлення майбутніх бакалаврів та магістрів музичного мистецтва з позицій суб’єктності та суб’єкт-суб’єктних відносин.
В статье исследуется проблема подготовки будущих специалистов музыкальнопедагогических специальностей к производственно-практической деятельности, акцентируется внимание на вопросах методологических подходов к управлению практико ориентированным учебно-воспитательным процессом, освещается содержание, функции и структура данной подготовки. Автором предлагаются педагогические условия профессионального становления будущих бакалавров и магистров музыкального искусства с позиций субъектности и субъект-субъектных отношений.
In the article the problem of preparation of future musicians specialists of pedagogical specialties is probed to production-practical to activity, attention is accented on the questions of the methodological going near the management of praktiko oriented educational-educate by a process, maintenance, functions and structure of this preparation, lights up. Among the types of educational work under graduate and graduate students straight
preparations the “Musical art” the special place is occupied by practical preparation which decides the important tasks of capture of pedagogical activity experience in accordance with a profession. The level of this preparation is considered one of main indexes of efficiency of functioning of higher educational establishment.
Practical preparation is an obligatory component educationally professional programs on a receipt by the students of qualifying level “bachelor” and master's “degree”. It is based on philosophical studies about a man as subject of development in computer-integrated unity of anthropocentric and socioqualities. Afore-mentioned preparation is computer-integrated integrity, and it appears the well-organized system of integration components in a complex artistic pedagogical constituents of through character, that consistently develop in unity of invariant and variant concepts, directed on an ultimate goal - becoming of students as subjects of the real pedagogical action. The feature of subject side of practical preparation is acquisition by the student of
possibility to integrate own experience, purchased in the process of study of different disciplines, in
the unique operational system of competent.It allows a student on pedagogical practice successfully
to decide pressing production questions, following the basic postulate of productive work, after
which all got knowledge and performance abilities stop to be formal, intertwined in the unique
canvas personality professional becoming Activation of activity of student by creation of necessary terms for development of him creative potential and internal possibilities provided on the basis of improvement of traditional and development of new theoretic-methodological approaches: sistems-integrativity, context, resource, art-personality, valeological.
