catering of qualified archers has been investigated. Energy expenditures of the athletes have been defined by means of
time-keeping and tabular method, as well as chemical composition and calorific value of centralized catering dietary
intake according to involute menu lists for 7 calendar days running have been described. It has been revealed that
protein, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals contents, which enter the athlete’s body are either insufficient or overstocked.
