У статті розглядаються сучасні підходи та ключові аспекти впровадження інклюзивної освіти в закладах освіти. Основна увага приділяється створенню доступного та безбар’єрного навчального середовища для здобувачів освіти з особливими освітніми потребами. Аналізуються основні моделі інклюзивного навчання, включаючи повну, часткову інтеграцію та спеціалізовані програми, застосовуються їхні переваги та виклики впровадження. Особлива увага приділяється адаптації навчальних програм, використанню технологій компетентнісного навчання та допоміжних технологій, які сприяють забезпеченню рівного доступу до знань. Розглядаються успішні практики інклюзії у фахової передвищій та вищій освіті, підкреслюється важливість розробки методичних рекомендацій, диференційованих завдань та цифрових ресурсів для підтримки здобувачів освіти з особливими потребами. Аналізується роль педагогів у створенні інклюзивного освітнього середовища, їх підготовка та підвищення кваліфікації. Також досліджуються виклики, з якими стикаються навчальні заклади під час впровадження інклюзивних підходів, зокрема необхідні модернізація матеріально-технічної бази, розробки нормативно-правових документів та впровадження ефективних методик навчання. Окремо висвітлюються перспективи розвитку інклюзивної освіти в контексті цифровізації навчального процесу, використання онлайн-платформи, інтерактивних навчальних матеріалів та віртуальної реальності для розширення можливостей інклюзивного навчання. Важливим аспектом є забезпечення психологічної підтримки здобувачів освіти, створення толерантного середовища, що сприяє їх соціалізації та адаптації до навчального процесу. У підсумку, підкреслюється необхідний комплексний підхід до реалізації інклюзивної освіти, що включає співпрацю державних установ, освітніх закладів, громадських організацій та роботодавців. Створення рівних можливостей для всіх здобувачів освіти сприяє їх професійній самореалізації та активній участі в суспільному житті.
The article examines modern approaches and key aspects of implementing inclusive education in educational institutions. The main attention is paid to creating an accessible and barrier-free learning environment for students with special educational needs. The main models of inclusive education are analyzed, including full, partial integration and specialized programs, their advantages and challenges of implementation are applied. Special attention is paid to the adaptation of curricula, the use of competency-based learning technologies and assistive technologies that contribute to ensuring equal access to knowledge. Successful practices of inclusion in professional pre-higher and higher education are considered, the importance of developing methodological recommendations, differentiated tasks and digital resources to support students with special needs is empha-sized. The role of teachers in creating an inclusive educational environment, their training and advanced training is analyzed. The challenges faced by educational institutions when implementing inclusive approaches are also examined, in particular the necessary modernization of the material and technical base, the development of regulatory documents and the implementation of effective teaching methods. The prospects for the development of inclusive education in the context of the digitalization of the educational process, the use of an online platform, interactive educational materials and virtual reality to expand the pos-sibilities of inclusive education are separately highlighted. An important aspect is the provision of psychological support for education seekers, the creation of a tolerant environment that promotes their socialization and adaptation to the educational process. As a result, the necessary comprehensive approach to the implementation of inclusive education is emphasized, which includes cooperation between state institutions, educational institutions, public organizations and employers. Creating equal opportunities for all education seekers contributes to their professional self-realization and active participation in public life.
