У дослідженні педагогічними умовами підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до здоров’язбережувальної професійної діяльності були спеціально сконструйовані обставини, що передбачали усвідомлення необхідності зміцнення і збереження здоров’я, оволодіння студентами знаннями, вміннями й навичками здоров’язбережувальної професійної діяльності. Виявлено, що процес підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури буде більш ефективним, якщо реалізувати експериментальну модель з упровадженням запропонованих педагогічних умов.
The given study presents the technological concept of the process of future PE teachers’ training for the health-saving professional activity. It was defined that future PE teachers’ training for health-saving activity could be more effective if the complex of pedagogical conditions was realized in the educational process of university: the awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle and health-saving professional activity by the future PE teachers on the level of their self-conviction; updating of interdisciplinary integration and its methodological support in the process of future PE teachers’ training for the health-saving professional activity; implementation of interactive health-saving educational-professional activity of students and the means of its initiation; optimization of cognitive independence of students in mastering health-saving educational-professional activity which has been realized on different stages of experimental work. There was implemented the model of future PE teachers’ training for the health-saving professional activity that was based on personality and activity oriented, cultural, axiological and systematic approaches, covering elements - motivational, cognitive, activity, health, reflective components, evaluation criteria, levels and stages of training, content, forms and types of future PE teachers’ training for health-saving professional activity. Future PE teachers’ training for the health-saving professional activity has been carried out within four interrelated stages: cognitive processing, reproductively-active, creative-professional and reflective-evaluative. The results of the final stage of the experiment showed that the realization of developed model and experimental method influenced positively on the levels of preparedness of future PE teachers for health-saving professional activity. Thus, 28% of students (before – only 15%) in the experimental group got high level, 46% of students (before only 21%) reached sufficient level. In the control group 22% of students (before – 38%) reached high level, 4% of students (before – 26%) – sufficient level. Measure of deviation between experimental and control group according to Pearson criterion at the end of the forming stage of experiment proved to be credible. Summing up, we came the conclusion that the process of future PE teachers’ training for the health-saving professional activity will be more effective in case of realization of experimental model with the implementation of suggested pedagogical conditions.
