У статті розкривається технологія формування ціннісного ставлення у студентів до самостійних занять фізичною культурою для їх залучення фізкультурно-оздоровчої діяльності, що дозволяє підвищити якість підготовки сучасної молоді до подальшої професійної діяльності. Розроблена технологія об'єднала основні позиції підвищення у студентів мотивації, інтересу, формування ціннісного ставлення до самостійних занять фізичною культурою. Технологія включає: передумови (прагнення до успіху, лідерства та соціалізації), фізична культура, студенти, самостійні заняття, постановку цілей, завдань, визначення основних принципів, критерії організації педагогічного процесу, етапи формування мотивації студентів до самостійних занять фізичною культурою і критерії оцінки. Вона спрямована на формування стійкої мотивації, самоорганізації, самодисципліни, самоосвіти, особистості студентів до самостійних занять фізичною культурою.
The article reveals the technology of forming a valued attitude of students to independent physical education to involve them in physical culture and health activities, which improves the quality of preparation of modern youth for further professional activity. The developed technology has united the main positions of increasing students' motivation, interest, and formation of values to independent physical education. Technology includes: prerequisites (desire for success, leadership and socialization), physical culture, students, independent classes, setting goals, objectives, defining basic principles, criteria for organizing the pedagogical process, stages of formation of students' motivation for independent physical education classes and evaluation criteria. It is aimed at forming a stable motivation, self-organization, self-discipline, self-education, personality of students to independent physical education. The results of the experiment showed that the introduction of the technology of forming the value attitude of students of pedagogical specialties to independent physical culture lessons contributed to the increase in the level of physical fitness. Only under the condition of a systematic and consistent provision of information and a modern organization of the pedagogical process is the formation of motivation and an increase in the desire for independent physical education, the control markers of which are the indicators of the formation of the value attitude of students to independent physical education.
