The organization of the process of physical education for girls aged 15-16 requires the search for new forms, methods and means for the correction and improvement of the physical condition of those who are engaged. In addition, it is necessary to select such types of activities that would fully meet the needs of girls and motivate them to systematically attend physical education classes.
