Психолого-педагогічні основи корекції постави в сагітальній площині у дітей з порушеннями психомоторики

Abstract

Розглянуто теоретико-педагогічні основи корекції викривлень постави в сагітальній площині у дітей раннього і молодшого дошкільного віку з порушеннями психомоторики за двома векторами: фізичного виховання і психологічного впливу. По кожному з перелічених корекційних векторів було представлено алгоритм їхньої реалізації, тобто послідовність корекційних впливів з різних технологій для покращення стану постави у даного контингенту дітей. Перспективи дослідження цього напряму лежать у руслі пошуків посилення психологічних корекційних впливів на нормалізацію психомоторного стану дитині раннього і молодшого віку.

В статье рассмотрены теоретико-педагогические основы коррекции нарушений осанки в сагиттальной плоскости у детей раннего и младшего дошкольного возраста с нарушениями психомоторики средствами физического воспитания и психологического воздействия. Рассмотрены два основных коррекционных вектора решения этой проблемы: физическая реабилитация и психологическая коррекция. По каждому из перечисленных коррекционных векторов был представлен алгоритм их реализации, то есть последовательность коррекционных воздействий из различных технологий для улучшения состояния осанки. Перспективы исследования этого направления лежат в русле поисков усиления психологических коррекционных воздействий на нормализацию психомоторного состояния ребенка раннего и младшего возраста.

The article discusses the theoretical and pedagogical foundations of the correction of posture disorders in the sagittal plane in children of early and junior preschool age with psychomotor disorders by means of physical education and psychological influence. Early age is especially sensitive to corrective influences - therefore, the technologies of developing and corrective work with children of the first four years of life were used as the basis for the correction. The article considered two main corrective vectors for solving this problem: physical rehabilitation and psychological correction. The physical correction vector included: massage gymnastics as a combined method of bodily influence on a young child (V. V. Beseda); pair and group body training for adults and children (Efimenko N.N., Beseda V.V.); correctional baby plastic show (Efimenko N.N., Efimenko Y.V.), myofascial corrective gymnastics (Moga M.D.). The psychological correction vector included: the work of a psychologist to harmonize family relationships, methods for correcting the child's mental status, and elements of bodynamics. It is the combination of the possibilities of physical rehabilitation with the necessary corrective psychological influences, according to the author, should lead to the normalization of posture both in the narrow sense of the word and in the general social sense. For each of the listed correction vectors, an algorithm for their implementation was presented, that is, a sequence of corrective actions from various technologies to improve the state of posture. The implementation algorithm of the correctional physical vector in a simplified form is as follows: specially selected exercises from massage gymnastics → complexes from correctional body training for adults and children → corresponding trainings for correctional baby plastic show (horizontal plastic ballet for adults and young children) → exercises from myofascial corrective gymnastics. The implementation algorithm of the psychological correction vector is presented as follows: a specially developed strategy and tactics of psychological correction of family relationships → an individual program for correcting the mental status of a child with psychosomatic disorders → special exercises from bodynamics. The author of the article has proved the need for a harmonious combination of these two correction vectors (physical and psychological). Prospects for research in this direction are in line with the search for strengthening psychological corrective effects on the normalization of the psychomotor state of a child of early and young age.
