Форми методичної роботи науково-методичного центру із закладами дошкільної освіти

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблему форм методичної роботи науково-методичного центру із закладами дошкільної освіти. Встановлено, що форми методичної роботи складають сукупність методичних заходів, які проводять для педагогічних працівників ЗДО з метою підвищення рівня їх професійної майстерності. З’ясовано, що методична робота науково-методичного центру із закладами дошкільної освіти реалізується через традиційні колективні та індивідуальні форми її організації. Доведено, що форми методичної роботи науково-методичного центру і ЗДО сприяють підвищенню рівня професіоналізму педагогічних працівників. Ефективність роботи науково-методичного центру залежить від проведення на високому рівні різних форм методичної роботи із педагогічними працівниками ЗДО.

The article considers the problem of forms of methodical work of the scientific-methodical center with preschool education institutions. It is established that the forms of methodical work are a set of methodical measures that are carried out for pedagogical workers of pre-school education institutions in order to increase the level of their professional skills. It is found out that the methodical work of the scientific-methodical center with preschool education institutions is realized through traditional collective and individual forms of its organization. It is proved that the forms of methodical work of the scientific-methodical center and preschool educational institutions contribute to the increase of the level of professionalism of pedagogical workers. The effectiveness of the scientific and methodological center depends on the high level of various forms of methodological work with teachers of preschool education.
