Abstract

У статті висвітлено основні вимоги до викладача, розкрито можливості застосування тренінгових технологій під час саморозвитку і самоосвіти. З’ясовано, що професійна підготовка фахівців у переважній більшості залежить від майстерності викладача, його готовності до взаємодії та до застосування інноваційних технологій. Обґрунтовано необхідність оновлення технологій удосконалення професійної компетентності викладачів. Зосереджено увагу на ефективності впровадження тренінгових технологій у процес професійної підготовки фахівців, які передбачають налагодження конструктивної взаємодії в освітньому процесі та спрямовані на розвиток важливих умінь і творчих здібностей, що дозволяє успішно вирішувати професійні завдання. Представлено модель розвитку професійних умінь викладача застосовувати інноваційні методи і форми навчання. Зроблено висновок щодо доцільності розробок методик викладання через застосування тренінгових технологій і розвитку професійних умінь застосовувати інноваційні методи і форми навчання.

The article highlights the basic requirements for the teacher, reveals the possibilities of using training technologies during self-development and self-education. It was found that the professional training of specialists in the vast majority depends on the skill of the teacher, his willingness to interact and to apply innovative technologies. The necessity of updating the technologies of improving the professional competence of teachers is substantiated. The focus is on the effectiveness of the introduction of training technologies in the process of professional training, which involves the establishment of constructive interaction in the educational process and aimed at developing important skills and creative abilities, which allows you to successfully solve professional problems. The model of development of professional skills of the teacher to apply innovative methods and forms of training is presented. The conclusion is made about the expediency of developing teaching methods through the use of training technologies and the development of professional skills to apply innovative methods and teaching forms.
