Тренінг у неформальній освіті дорослих

Abstract

У статті уточнено сутність поняття «тренінг у неформальній освіті дорослих» та узагальнено досвід українських науковців у напрямі теоретичного обґрунтування сучасних тренінгових технологій навчання дорослих в умовах неформальної освіти. Виявлено, що технологія навчання вирізняється з-поміж інших форм організації освітнього процесу в умовах неформальної освіти системністю, алгоритмом реалізації, що підпорядковано вирішенню конкретного, передбачає добір найбільш ефективних форм і методів, що застосовуються на кожному конкретному етапі за забезпечують якісне опанування матеріалу, формування чи розвиток здатностей, компетентностей тощо. У процесі реалізації тренінгових технологій навчання в умовах неформальної освіти доцільно спроектувати етапи його реалізації (етапи діагностики (психологоандрагогічної) суб’єкта навчання; планування, вибір (розробка) оптимальної технології; технологічний; експертно-оціночний; корекційний). З-поміж провідних умов упровадження тренінгових технологій навчання у сфері освіти дорослих необхідно забезпечувати такі: організаційні; змістово-процесуальні; соціально-психологічні. В умовах інтенсивного розвитку освіти дорослих назріла потреба розроблення і упровадження технологій навчання, які на основі виявлення специфіки організації навчання в умовах неформальної освіти дозволять інтенсифікувати процес особистісного і професійного розвитку дорослих з урахуванням індивідуальної освітньої траєкторії, потреб, запитів тощо.

The article clarifies the essence of the concept of "training in non-formal adult education" and summarizes the experience of Ukrainian scientists in the direction of theoretical justification and implementation of modern training technologies for adult education in non-formal education. It was found that learning technology differs from other forms of organization of the educational process in non-formal education system, implementation algorithm, which is subject to the solution of specific, provides a selection of the most effective forms and methods used at each stage to ensure quality mastery of material, formation or development of abilities, competencies, etc. In the process of implementing training technologies in non-formal education it is advisable to design the stages of its implementation (stages of diagnosis (psychological and andragogical) of the subject; planning, selection (development) of optimal technology; technological; expert assessment; correction). Among the leading conditions for the introduction of training technologies in the field of adult education it is necessary to provide the following: organizational; content-procedural; sociopsychological. In the conditions of intensive development of adult education there is a need to develop and implement learning technologies, which based on identifying the specifics of educational organization in non-formal education will intensify the process of personal and professional development of adults taking into account individual educational trajectory, needs, requests and more.
