У статті висвітлено основні положення сформованості готовності за самооцінним критерієм майбутніх учителів початкових класів до реалізації особистісно-орієнтованого підходу у спортивно-масовій роботі з учнями. Аналізуються результати педагогічного експерименту, організованого і проведеного серед студентів вищих навчальних закладів І-ІІ рівнів акредитації.
The articles deals with the basic points of the readiness of the future primary school teachers to apply the personality oriented approach in pupils’ mass sports activities based on the self-assessment criterion. It analyzes the results of the pedagogical experiment conducted among the students of higher education institutions of 1st and 2nd accrediting levels. The author states that nowadays graduates of teacher training institutions are not only required to continuously grow professionally but also develop their personal qualities. The author emphasizes the importance of building self-esteem and developing selfawareness, which are an essential factor for achieving self-actualization and success in the future career. The author stresses the significance of applying personality oriented approach in pupils’ mass sports activities. The author has also analyzed scientific pedagogical works. The theoretical points set out herein suggest that based on an objective appraisal of one’s abilities the future teacher develops a desire for constant professional growth and self-awareness. The results of the pedagogical experiment showed significant changes in the readiness levels based on the self assessment criterion of the experimental group students comparing to the initial data. Significant changes in the final data of the readiness of the experimental group students based on the selfassessment criterion occurred due to the introduction of such organizational and methodological methods as active methods aimed at developing the creative potential of the future primary school teachers, information communication technology based pedagogical diagnostics, levels of readiness of the future primary school teachers to apply the personality oriented approach in pupils’ mass sports activities.
