Психофізіологічне обґрунтування можливості корекції порушень емоційно-вольової сфери осіб із вадами розумового розвитку в процесі спортивної діяльності

Abstract

У статті визначено фізіологічне та психологічне підґрунтя корекції недоліків психічного та фізичного розвитку розумово відсталих осіб. Узагальнено недоліки діяльності розумово відсталих та підтверджено думку про необхідність впливу на емоційно-вольову сферу особистості із вадами розумового розвитку в умовах корекційно спрямованої діяльності. Визначено специфіку впливу спортивної діяльності на особистість. Доведено, що заняття адаптивною фізичною культурою, в основі якої лежать фізичні вправи, є засобом фізичного розвитку, корекції та компенсації наявних психічних та рухових порушень в осіб з інтелектуальною недостатністю. Охарактеризовано особливості організації навчально-тренувального процесу спортсменів із вадами розумового розвитку.

The most motivated activity is sports activity, which is characterized by the constant observance of the sport mode, the systematic implementation of mandatory training tasks, the introduction of the training process more obstacles to overcome which requires athletes mobilization and manifestation of willpower and emotional stability.
