В статье рассматривается возможность учета силового параметра двигательной координации как критерия дифференцированного обучения двигательным действиям девушек среднего школьного возраста. Изучается качество воспроизведения силовых характеристик простых движений с применением компьютерной стабилографии.
The article deals with the possibility of taking in to consideration of the strength parameter of motor coordination as a criterion of differentiated teaching of middle-aged schoolgirls’ motor actions. The author investigates the quality of re-creation of the strength characteristics of simple movements with using of computer stabilography. Basing on analyze of scientific and methodical literature and experimental researches which includes the investigation of strength parameters of motor actions of middle-aged schoolgirls, the quality of re-creation of the strength characteristics of motor coordination were have defined. The methods of "Dynamometria" (hand dynamometria) with applying of stabiloanalizator with feed back biological connection "Stabilan-1" were used for valuation of strength parameters. We valuated the possibility of experimentals to manage their strength during the motor actions with and without visual control.254 schoolgirls of middle age: 44 girls of 10 years, 36 girls of 11 years, 50 girls of 12 years, 34 girls of 13 years, 44 girls 14 years and 46 girls of 15 years took part in the investigation. In the result of experimental investigation the data about the average indexes of errors during the re-creation of strength parameter of motor actions with and without visual control in the middle-aged schoolgirls were received. It’s evidently that the percent of errors during the re-creation of the strength parameters with visual control is lower than without it in the schoolgirls of different age groups. Also the variations of indexes we can observe between left and right hands, it shows the physiological peculiarities of development of girls’ organism in the correspondent age groups. Considerable differences between the indexes of variation’s coefficient are observed in all age groups that affirm about individuals peculiarities of development of middle-aged schoolgirl’s organism too. These facts prove the importance of taking into consideration of strength parameters of motor coordination as a criterion of differentiated teaching of motor actions of middle-aged schoolgirls during the Physical culture lessons.
