У статті розглянуто та проаналізовано основні проблеми фізичного виховання студенток. Досліджено умови застосування педагогічного підходу до занять шейпінгом для вирішення актуальних проблем негативного впливу на фізичний, психоемоційний стан учнів дівчат вузів.
В статье рассмотрены и проанализированы основные проблемы физического воспитания студенток. Исследованы условия применения педагогического подхода к занятиям шейпингом для решения актуальных проблем негативного воздействия на физическое, психоэмоциональное состояние учащихся девушек вузов.
The article discusses and analyzes the main problems of physical education students. The conditions for the use of pedagogical approach to shaping classes for solving urgent problems of the negative impact on the physical, psycho-emotional state university female students. Among complex of improving physical training is very popular now uses a system known as «shaping», developed and patented I.V. Prohortsevym (patent № 2007205, 1991). The main purpose of this system – the harmonious development deal, body shaping, body weight regulation, education culture movement. The presence of large interest in shaping, as sports and recreation system, ensure high relevance of research that would improve the methodology of this type of physical activity, organizational and pedagogical principles of technology and shaping, including – the use of pedagogical approach to the differentiated techniques to classes with students of different levels of physical fitness. One of the main problems of physical education today there is motivation to employment, including shaping. The study of motivational state students, the conditions and characteristics of physical education in higher education, determination of physical health, level of development of motor skills, development of physical and functional characteristics of the body allowed to build a scheme of pedagogical approach to shaping classes with students of higher educational institutions.
