Застосування імітаційних технологій професійної підготовки фахівців з фізичної терапії та ерготерапії

Abstract

Розглядається питання застосування імітаційних технологій професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичної терапії та ерготерапії. Установлено, що реалізація системи імітаційних технологій навчання для формування практичної компетентності в майбутніх фахівців з фізичної терапії та ерготерапії являє собою цілісний процес поетапного й систематичного застосування імітаційних методів неігрової та ігрової професійної підготовки, де професійна діяльність фізичного терапевта й ерготерапевта представлена системою вирішення проблемних ситуацій, ситуаційних завдань в умовах імітації; використання сукупності мотиваційно-цільового, когнітивного, діяльнісного та рефлексивно-оцінного компонентів шляхом трансформації навчально-пізнавальної діяльності в навчально-професійну, які реалізуються в контексті основних пріоритетів модульно-компетентнісного, особистісно-діяльнісного й контекстного підходів і виявлених під час дослідження педагогічних умов ефективного застосування імітаційних технологій професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичної терапії та ерготерапії.

The article deals with the application of imitation technologies for the professional training of future specialists in physical therapy and ergotherapy. It was established that the implementation of the system of simulation training technologies for the formation of practical competence in the future specialists in physical therapy and ergotherapy is a coherent process of phased and systematic application of simulation methods of non-gaming and game training, where the professional activity of a physical therapist and ergotherapist is represented by a system of problem-solving, situational tasks under simulation conditions; the use of the totality of motivational, target, cognitive, activity and reflexivity-valued components through the transformation of educational and cognitive activities into educational-professional, which are realized in the context of the main priorities of modular-competence, personal-activity and context-based approaches and identified during the study of pedagogical conditions of effective application imitative technologies of professional pogodovka of future specialists in physical therapy and ergotherapy.
