Статья посвящена рассмотрению вопросов современных методов психотерапии в
работе с подростками, в частности вопросы, связанные с созданием современных
технологий оказания психологической помощи подросткам на основе известных
психотерапевтических методов и с учетом отечественной социокультурной специфики.
В статье описана технология работы с подростками, имеющими эмоциональные
трудности методом групповой кататимно-имагинативной психотерапии (ГКИП). На
основе теоретических исследований и собственного опыта практической работы
выделены основные составляющие процесса ГКИП: техника работы по методу ГКИП,
которая включает в себя все аспекты сэттинга и структурно-динамические
характеристики процесса ГКИП. Среди структурно-динамических характеристик
рассмотрены: структурирование сессий, определение этапов работы и их задач, формы
использования мотивов (ассоциативный метод, стандартный набор мотивов), а так же
выделены линии анализа групповой работы по методу ГКИП.
The article is devoted to consideration of issues of modern methods of psychotherapy
with adolescents and issues related to the creation of modern technologies providing
psychological assistance to adolescents based on known psychotherapeutic methods, taking into
account national socio-cultural specificity. The article describes the technology of work with
teenager’s emotional difficulties by the Group kathatym imaginative psychotherapy (GKIP). On
the basis of theoretical research and practical experience were marked out the essential
components of the psychotherapeutical process: technique of GKIP which includes all aspects of
setting and structural-dynamic characteristics of GKIP. Among the structural-dynamic
characteristics had considered: structuring of sessions, defining of phases and tasks, way of
using the motives (associative method, standard set of motives), as well as highlighted the points
of analysis of the therapeutical work by GKIP.
