Метою роботи є розробка та обґрунтування методики використання рухливих ігор для корекції та
профілактики порушень постави на уроках фізичної культури у 1 – 4 класах. А також довести, що використання
комплексу спеціальних рухливих ігор в молодшій школі допомагає встановити взаємозалежність між ефективністю
занять, профілактикою порушень постави та підвищенням мотивації дітей, їх зацікавленості, емоційної піднесеності
та задоволеності.
The aim of the article is developing and grounding the methodology of quick games
use at physical classes education for correction and prevention of the primary school children posture impairment. Another aim is to
demonstrate that the quick games use in primary school help to establish the interdependence among the classes effectiveness and
posture impairment prevention , elevate children’s motivation, their being involved, emotional exaltation and satisfaction.
211 pupils of 1-4 forms of school #309 took part in this research. The effectiveness of the quick games methodologies for
improving the physical conditions, posture impairment prevention and correction of primary school children was confirmed in the
process of pedagogical experiment. The informative indices were discovered. They reflect the effectiveness of the proposed
methodology influence on the physical condition of the children. As for physical development they are height and weight, Ericson
index, Pignet index, shoulder index, respiratory excursion, life index, scapula angles position on the same horizontal level; as for motor qualities these are strength values, the strength endurance of the trunk and extremity muscles, coordination exercises; as for
functional state they are the HR at rest and after dosed physical loads, its dynamics and time of recovery after Rufie test, the rates of
breath-holding tests.
The perspectives of the chosen direction further development consist in deepening the researches aimed at increasing the
effectiveness of the quick games use for improving the primary school children physical conditions and the posture impairment
correction at the physical education classes.
