Статтю присвячено вивченню сутності та змісту особистісно-орієнтованого
підходу. Проаналізовано існуючі концепції особистісно-орієнтованого навчання і
виокремлено їхні принципові положення, що уможливлюють ефективне формування
виконавської майстерності майбутніх педагогів-музикантів Китаю.
The article is devoted to the study of the essence and content of the personality-oriented approach. The existing concepts of person-oriented learning are analyzed and their basic principles are set out, which enable effective formation of performing skills of future music teachers of China. It was found out that the personality-oriented approach is aimed at disclosing the individuality of each person through independent and meaningful activities for her, creating conditions for the manifestation and development of the personal potential of the pupil through his subject experience. The essence of the personality-oriented approach is the consistent attitude of the teacher to the student as a personality, as a self-conscious responsible subject of their own development, as a subject of educational interaction. A person-oriented approach can only be a teacher who understands himself personality, is able to see the personality traits of a pupil,
understand it and build dialogue with him in the form of exchange of intellectual, moral, emotional and social values. It is determined that the use of a person-oriented approach in shaping the professional, and in particular, the performing arts of future Chinese musicians, is appropriate and extremely important.
