У статті висвітлено аналіз публікацій зарубіжних авторів, а також особистого досвіду праці у школі з
проблеми професійного вигоряння вчителя фізичного виховання. Розглядаючи синдром професійного вигоряння вчителя
можна констатувати, що це комплекс певних ознак, які впливають на психо-фізичний стан організму особи.
Діагностика виникнення синдрому професійного вигоряння вчителя дозволяє визначити основні його причини і
розробити стратегію профілактики цього негативного явища, яка передбачає: активний відпочинок, удосконалення
методики організації і змісту уроків фізичного виховання, об’єктивна самооцінка особистої педагогічної діяльності,
формування вмінь боротьби із стресами в праці, не переобтяжувати себе широким колом обов’язків, ставити перед
собою реальні завдання у педагогічній праці.
The article
analyzes the publications of foreign authors, as well as our experience in the school on the problem of professional burnout of the
teacher of physical education. Considering the syndrome of this phenomenon, it can be stated that this is a complex of certain
characteristics that affect the psycho-physical state of the body:
- Emotional and mental fatigue, with which is determined by the subjective sense of the loss of the necessary resistance to
the problems with which the teacher meets in his work.
- Depersonalization of subjects (children and youth) with which the teacher works in classrooms and extracurricular
activities, which is characterized by a formalization of relation with students and parents.
- Decrease or loss of satisfaction from the pedagogical work, which is mainly due to the influence of the factors of the two
groups above that characterize the professional burnout of the teacher
According to the scientists of different countries, professional burnout arises in connection with the inability of the teacher
of overcome stress situations, a sense of lack of necessary pedagogical competences and weak results in the educational process
of students. In this period the teacher significantly reduces positive emotions and the psycho-physical state of the organism, as well
as activity. All this causes a feeling of dissatisfaction with work in the school and there is a desire to change my profession.
Diagnosis of the emergence of the syndrome of professional burnout of the teacher allows you to determine the main
reasons for in and to develop a strategy for preventing this negative phenomenon, which implies: activities, the formation of skills to
combat professional stress, real for performing tasks in pedagogical work.
