У статті відображаються результати дослідження динаміки показників мотиваційної спрямованості до занять
фізичними вправами студентів технічного ВНЗ та обґрунтовано доцільність удосконалення процесу фізичного
виховання. Досліджено вплив фізичної культури на формування особистих якостей студентів. Показано, що фізична
культура не тільки впливає на здоров’я людини, на його фізичне вдосконалення, але і сприяє розвитку рис характеру,
моральних та інтелектуальних якостей.
The article reflects the
results of the research of dynamics of indicators of motivational orientation to physical exercises of students of technical university
and justified the expediency of improving the process of physical fitness as a part of increasing the efficiency of the process of
physical education. It was investigated the influence of physical culture on the formation of individual qualities of students. It was
shown that physical culture not only affects human health and its physical improvement, but also contributes to the development of character properties, moral and intellectual qualities.
The questionnaire conditionally consisted of three parts. The first part included questions of a general information character.
The questions of the second part of the questionnaire made it possible to elucidate the motivational orientation of students to
physical exercises. The questions of the third part of the questionnaire characterize the existence of special processes that
regulating and controlling the implementation of intentions in the physical education of young people, which made it possible to find
out that students think about the success of their physical exercises.
Respondent’s answers to the questions of the questionnaire characterize the attitude to physical exercises, reflect the
emotional experiences of students, the attractiveness of physical exercises for them, the understanding of the need of the physical
fitness and recreation.
The results of the questionnaire showed that the attitude of students to physical education can be improved by the
development of the material base, the improvement of the educational process and the content of the trainings, and an increasing of
the emotional level of the trainings.
