Many students are paying a lot of attention to the physical education of the students, but many issues that require further development remain unsolved. These issues include the need to improve the educational sporting specializations for students of non-physical education institutions, the selection of sports that contribute not only to physical development, but also the development of socialization of the individual. One such type of sport is fitness aerobics. At present, fitness aerobics is a popular, massive sport in the country. During the exercise of fitness aerobics in the active work involves a large group of muscles, increases the activity of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. The steady trend in reducing the health of students, one of the reasons for which is lack of motor activity, attracts the attention of specialists who seek to solve the problem of hypo dynamics . Prospective way of solving this problem, experts consider the improvement of the composition of the means of physical education students. In particular, in order to increase the interest of students in physical education classes, it is suggested that the most popular among the students of the system of physical exercises and sports be included into the composition of the traditional means used. So new and quite popular among girls and women means of motor activity is the fitness system.
However, the analysis of scientific and methodological literature, which discusses the use and differentiation of the loading parameters of various fitness programs, has revealed contradictions between the social need for attracting students to physical education and sports, as part of a healthy lifestyle, increasing popularity of the fitness system and the lack of scientifically grounded methods for its use in combination with traditional physical exercises and sports in the process of academic activities of physical training the in terms of higher education. Of course, for the use of fitness it is expedient to allocate the most popular groups of exercises and experimentally check the peculiarities of their impact on physical qualities, physical development and functional state of the organism of the girls of the given age.
