У статті розглядаются критерії і показники проектувальної майстерності майбутніх фахівців з туризму на
основі системного підходу. Сформульовано вимоги до знань проектанта, розкрито компоненти системи педагогічних
умінь, які складають його проектувальну майстерність.
The article examines the
criteria and indicators of designing skills of future tourism specialists on the basis of a systematic approach. The requirements for
knowledge of the designer are formulated, the components of the system of teaching skills are revealed, which make up his
design skills. The design of professional phenomena is carried out by a tourism specialist with the help of mechanisms of selfknowledge,
self-organization, self-education as a desire for professional-creative self-realization, where creativity is a way of
intensifying the process. We have defined criteria and indicators of designing skills of future specialists in tourism: autonomy,
professionally oriented thinking, creative attitude to designing activities, value orientation towards design activity, level of
development of professional qualities and abilities, the ability to design tourist activities using advanced innovation and information
technologies. The experimental study confirmed the conclusion that modern tasks of education modernization required the
designer of competent complex actions aimed at changing the functions of the elements of tourism activities. The role of their
design has been intensified, in particular purposeful change in the ratio of hours allocated to the practical and lecture work towards
reducing the latter. This allowed us to change our character organization of the educational system, to identify new functions of its
subjects. The design skills of the future specialist in tourism are considered effective if, firstly, the projects created do not require
additional resources; secondly, they can be applied to other tourism specialists, regardless of their experience and teaching skills;
Thirdly, there are potential opportunities to reduce the cost of its operation without losing the quality of work.
