В результаті індуктивно-дедуктивного аналізу теоретичного матеріалу визначено та показано у статті логічність виокремлення нормативно-правових основ фізичного виховання у самостійне теоретичне положення з обгрунтуванням його визначення та сутності.
Analysis of the literature and government documents defined different interpretations by experts basics of students physical education culture, which contain legal, regulations and policy documents and non-availability of single position about their
definition. Was revealed absolute identity in content with common flaws in government documents of Ukraine and closest
neighborhoods of Soviet Union, it tell us about dependency of the country past in Ukrainian cultural space. Inductive-deductive analysis of theoretical material provides understanding of logical isolation of legal and regulatory physical culture basics in independent theoretical position. Following conditions of juridically subordination, was specified determination of physical culture education, which is the subject of research. Was offered to consider the nature of regulatory and legal basics in physical culture system, as an array of acts that determine relationship between different subjects of physical culture functions; is a norm, measure, (standart) of functionality and the result in system of physical culture.
