Формування самостійності як особистісно-професійної риси майбутніх економістів

Abstract

У статті розкрито особливості формування самостійності як професійно-особистісної риси майбутніх економістів, що формується у результаті самостійної роботи. Самостійність є необхідною умовою здійснення самостійної навчальної діяльності студентом. Водночас самостійність визначається як риса характеру особистості, що індивідуалізує спосіб мислення та розвиток морально-вольових якостей. Визначено, що розвиток самостійності здіснюється поетапно – від низького, через середній і до високого рівня. Розкрито поняття "дидактична умова" як сукупність спеціально створених обставин організації процесу навчання, зокрема і самостійної роботи. Окреслено дидактичні умови організації самостійної роботи майбутніх економістів під час вивчення математичних дисциплін.

В статье раскрыты особенности формирования самостоятельности как профессионально-личностной черты будущих экономистов, какая формируется в результате самостоятельной работы. Самостоятельность является необходимым условием осуществления самостоятельной учебной деятельности студентом. В то же время самостоятельность определяется как черта характера личности, индивидуализирует образ мышления и развитие морально-волевых качеств. Определено, что развитие самостоятельности осуществляется поэтапно – от низкого, через средний и до высокого уровня. Раскрыто понятие "дидактическое условие" как совокупность специально созданных обстоятельств организации процесса обучения, в том числе и самостоятельной работы. Определены дидактические условия организации самостоятельной работы будущих экономистов при изучении математических дисциплин.

In the article reveals features of formation of professional independence as personality traits of future economists that occurs as a result of independent work. Independent work is a necessary condition for student's self learning activities. However, independence is defined as a personality trait which individualizes way of thinking provided the training activities. Development of independence carried out in stages - from low through medium to high. Low level it is the executive independence. It's characterized by the ability to have experience at the level of recognition to such a degree that allows you to independently and accurately perform the operation, action or series of actions studied using the instructions for their implementation.Intermediate is the independence of action in typical situations. At this level of autonomy is manifested as a result of the assimilation of experience in the reproduction of knowledge in typical situations. There is application instructions for tasks by specific activities independently performed the appropriate action or series of typical situations. The high level of independence is a custom action in situations or creative independence. Possession of the method in atypical situations. The acquisition experience at "work". Independent work of students of economic specialties while studying mathematical disciplines contribute to the formation of their personal and professional independence only if the totality of teaching conditions in the process of organization. The term "didactic condition" revealed a set of specially created circumstances of the learning process, including independent work. The analysis factors in the formation of autonomy to determine such didactic conditions of independent work of students of economic specialties when studying mathematical sciences: – the existence of positive motivation to study mathematical sciences; – professional orientation of mathematical sciences; – use of the best forms of self-realization through diversification of jobs and improving skills for its implementation. Designated didactic conditions of independent work of future economists in the study of mathematical disciplines contribute to the formation of students' skills to exercise self with further acquisition of high level of independence.
