Abstract:
The author specifies that strengthening and saving the health of junior school children is an important sociocultural and pedagogical issue. That is why rising generation requires special complex attention and help along with the leading role of the educational system, that is together with the achievement of educational-educative goals performs necessary health forming and health saving mission. In the modern period, a major feature of future teacher’s readiness to professional activity is the necessity for self-development, for his involvement in keeping and forming junior school children health; the necessity of mastering health forming educational technologies. The author specifies that the analysis of scientifically-pedagogical literature, which describes the problems of readiness to professional activity allows distinguishing basic approaches to the determination of this concept.
