У науковій статті досліджено теоретичні аспекти умов ефективного керування здоров’ям школярів у процесі занять
фізичними вправами. Данні, які були отримані за допомогою аналізу науково-методичної літератури, свідчать про керованість
здоров’ям школярів у процесі занять фізичними вправами.
В научной статье исследованы теоретические аспекты условий эффективного управления здоровьем
школьников в процессе занятий физическими упражнениями. Данные, которые были получены с помощью анализа научно-
методической литературы, свидетельствуют об управляемости здоровьем их в процессе занятий физическими упражнениями.
As results of investigations show which are conducted of Ukrainian institute of social investigations about 90 % of schoolboys go at for
physical culture two hours at week; other part of schoolboys follows to a program of special medical groups or does not attend lessons on
physical culture.
One of the questions of non – effectiveness of modern system of physical education is that a content of this program is not
healthing but educational content. School lesson of physical culture is directed first of all to solving educational questions connected with
widening functional resources of schoolboy’s organism which is developing as well as to increasing his defending endurance to unfavorable
factors of environment and shows minimal influence on healthing person.
The question of effectiveness of conducting healthing lessons is the most attractive theme of investigations at physical culture and
sport.
The main conditions of management of a person’s health are determined during lessons of physical exercises: necessity at data
about a level of managed object (a state and a level of health; morphological and psychological status; physical workability etcetera); a
necessity of model characteristics of foreseen functional state of an object (necessary level of a health; functional and physical preparing) for
highlithing a stage of deviation individual data from rules; a necessity of model characteristics of functional intermediate states of an object
during healthing lessons; a presence of data about mechanisms of actions of various means of healthing (model characteristics of managed
influenses that is lesson programs); a presence of data of urgent and periodical estimation of changes at functional state of an object under
influence of lesson programs which train; a correlation of used means for lessons; a correction of programs.
