У статті представлено особливості оздоровчого впливу плавання на організм дітей молодшого
дошкільного віку. Показано, що використання рухливих ігор у воді сприяє, покращенню та прискоренню процесу
навчання плаванню, дозволяє подолати водобоязнь та створити передумови для ефективного проведення
фізкультурно-оздоровчих занять.

использование подвижных игр в воде способствует, улучшению и ускорению процесса обучения плаванию, позволяет
преодолеть водобоязнь и создать предпосылки для эффективного проведения физкультурно-оздоровительных
занятий.
The article presents the features of the health impact of navigation on the body of children of primary school age. It is shown that the process of restoring health preschoolers need to be addressed through systematic
physical activity, which is formed during physical training. That physical education should form a child's rational and conscious
relationship to themselves and to their health. At preschool age the foundations of health, harmonious physical development and
longevity. Although this development is a natural biological process, however, given the anatomical and physiological and
psychological characteristics of the child in the right direction can influence the development of the child's body. One of the most
effective means of influencing the body to promote health of children are swimming. During regular swimming develops,
strengthened and tempered whole body, increases the body's resistance to colds diseases, improving the mechanism of
thermoregulation, increased immunological properties, improved adaptation to various environmental conditions. To improve and
accelerate the learning process of swimming the majority of authors recommend the use of gaming technique which involves
creating positive emotions and allows to fix motor skills resulting from training. During the games, creating favorable conditions
for the formation of moral qualities, development and improvement of motor skills of children, as well as habits and life skills in
the team. The author argued that the use of mobile games in the water promotes the growth of physical development and health
of children, improve and accelerate the learning process of swimming, can overcome hydrophobia and create conditions for the
effective conduct of fitness classes.
