У дисертації обґрунтовано етапи трансформації аграрних перетворень упродовж другої половини 60-х рр. ХХ – початку ХХІ століття в областях Карпатського регіону України. Висвітлено історичні передумови змін та напрямів господарювання в аграрному секторі регіону, окреслено проблеми продовольчого забезпечення населення, розкрито динаміку зміни характеру виробничих відносин в аграрній сфері у процесі спроб проведення аграрних реформ у радянський період та в процесі реформування і утвердження нових форм власності й господарювання в економіці незалежної України.
Досліджено соціально-виробничі, соціально-побутові, соціально-культурні явища й процеси, що відбувалися в Карпатському регіоні впродовж десятиліть радянського режиму, та тенденції соціально-економічного розвитку сільських територій регіону в роки становлення державності України.
Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо удосконалення аграрних відносин, наголошено на необхідності розробки і реалізації новітньої державної аграрної політики, забезпечення її соціально-економічної результативності, узагальнено і здійснено оцінку зарубіжного досвіду реформування аграрної сфери, обґрунтовано можливості його адаптації і застосування в аграрному виробництві незалежної України.
In the thesis the stages of transformation in the agrarian relations during the second half of 60’s of the XX century up to the beginning of the XXI century have been substantiated. The historical background of agrarian transformations and the economic trends of management in the agrarian sector of the region have been treated, the problems of population’s food supply have been outlined, the time history of production relation nature in the agrarian sphere in the process of making attempts to carry out agrarian reforms in the Soviet period as well as in reforming and establishing new forms of ownership and management in independent Ukraine’s economy have been exposed.
Socio-industrial, social, household, socio-cultural phenomena and processes that took place in the Carpathian region for decades of the Soviet regime as well as the tendencies to socio-economic development of the rural region in the years of Ukraine’s statehood have been studied.
Practical recommendations as to the perfection of the agrarian relations have been worked out, the demand for the development and implementation of the latest state agrarian policy and for ensuring its socio-economic impact has been emphasized, foreign experience as to reforming agrarian relations has been generalized and estimated; the possibilities of its adaptation and application in the agrarian production of independent Ukraine have been substanted.
