У статті йдеться про забезпечення доступності інформації як про важливу умову належної якості життя
осіб з інвалідністю, що забезпечує їм соціальну рівність і доступність для повноцінної участі у житті суспільства.
Розглянуто специфіку спрощеної мови як засобу забезпечення доступності інформації, висвітлено основні
методологічні аспекти створення повідомлень спрощеною мовою. Метод передбачає застосування зрозумілих
частотних слів, лаконічних речень, простої граматики, скорочених текстів, розділених на короткі інформаційні
блоки. Окреслено прикладні аспекти використання спрощеної мови для адаптації усних та письмових
повідомлень для осіб з порушеннями психофізичного розвитку з урахуванням особливостей труднощів
комунікації при різних порушеннях.
В статье речь идет об обеспечении доступности информации как о важном условии надлежащего
качества жизни лиц с инвалидностью, что обеспечивает им социальное равенство и доступность для
полноценного участия в жизни общества.
Рассмотрена специфика упрощенного языка как средства обеспечения доступности информации,
освещены основные методологические аспекты создания сообщений упрощенным языком. Метод предполагает
применение понятных частотных слов, лаконичных предложений, простой грамматики, сокращенных текстов,
разделенных на короткие информационные блоки.
Определены прикладные аспекты использования упрощенного языка для адаптации устных и
письменных сообщений для лиц с нарушениями психофизического развития с учетом особенностей трудностей
коммуникации при различных нарушениях.
The article deals with the possibilities to ensure the accessibility of information to persons with disabilities using
the technique of simple language.
Modern European society promotes equality and accessibility of all members of society to all spheres of life of
the state. The availability of information is an important indicator of an adequate standard of living.
Plain language acts as one of the means of making information accessible to persons with disabilities. Due to
the peculiarities of the perception of information in cases of intellectual, visual, hearing, motor skills and autism spectrum
disorders, it is often difficult to understand oral and written messages. The article examines the specifics of a simple
language as a means of ensuring the availability of information, based on the analysis of existing publications, the main
methodological aspects of creating messages in a simple language are highlighted.
The applied aspects of using a simple language for the adaptation of oral and written messages for persons
with psychophysical developmental disorders, taking into account the peculiarities of communication difficulties in
various disorders, have been determined. Simple language technique involves the use of clear frequency words, laconic
sentences, simple grammar, abbreviated texts, divided into short information blocks. This allows you to better convey the
meaning of the message,both orally and in writing. Simple language and the Easy Read format allow not only people
with disabilities to make more informed decisions in life,to be active members of society,but also to other members of
society to establish constructive communication with such people.
