Політична мова як інструмент концептуалізації соціально-політичних відносин

Abstract

Здійснено всебічний аналіз політичної мови як інструменту концептуалізації соціально-політичної реальності. Визначено діапазон функціональних потенцій комунікації як джерела моделювання соціально- політичних відносин. Сформовано структурну модель інформаційного простору та представлено закономірності впливу комунікації на політичну систему в умовах політичної модернізації суспільства. Розкрито комунікаційну концепцію політичної системи. Встановлено місце політичної мови в процесах модернізації політичного устрою та демократизації політичної системи. Проведено компаративний аналіз вербалізації концептів політичного дискурсів України і США з метою визначення форми консолідації демократичного політичного режиму в українських соціально-політичних реаліях.

Осуществлен всесторонний анализ политического языка как инструмента концептуализации социально-политической реальности. Определен диапазон функциональных потенций коммуникации как источника моделирования социально-политических отношений. Сформирована структурная модель информационного пространства и представлены закономерности влияния коммуникации на политическую систему в условиях политической модернизации общества. Раскрыто коммуникативную концепцию политической системы. Определено место политического языка в процессах модернизации политического устройства и демократизации украинской политической системы. Проведено компаративный анализ вербализации концептов политического дискурса Украины и США с целью определения формы консолидации демократического политического режима в украинских социально-политических реалиях.

This work deals with comprehensive analyses of political language as an instrument in conceptualization of socio-political relations. In the frames of research, communicational potential defined as a source of the socio-political relation modeling, formed structural model of informational space and submitted appropriateness of communicational impact upon political system in the conditions of social political modernization, established place of political language in processes of political configurations modernization and democratization of Ukrainian political system, performed comparative analyses of Ukrainian and American discourse and verbalization of their concepts with purpose to define the form of consolidation of democratic political regime in Ukrainian socio-political realities. Political language submitted not only as an instrument that provides verbalization of political process in its verified displays, but as a structural matrix that generates political space and determines circumstances of political events. According to this assumption, in the base of political process lies a multidimensional communicative matrix. This matrix constructs the complex model of social consciousness, defines the direction of political identification, sets a level of political reflection and makes a project of socio-political reality. On the base of political language potential this work distinguishes political democratization through the direction of communicative transformation. 19 Modernization of Ukrainian socio-political configurations is estimated as coincidence of political, economical, cultural and communicative determinants. Simultaneously, comparative analyses of Ukrainian and American political discourses, performed in this investigation, establish a specific appropriateness according to which the level of communicative matrix of Ukrainian political process, communicative competence of Ukrainian political elite and the program of social political consciousness can’t allow immediate adaptation of western political values and complete consolidation of democratic political regime. Contemporary communicative field of Ukrainian sociopolitical model doesn’t completely corresponds to western communicative matrix that generates liberal ideology. In this case, we must perform a delicate balancing act between our reformative intensions and existing level of political culture involved into formation of our ideological strategy. Political reflections of Ukrainian nation and acknowledgement of political process depends on our communicative matrix and orientation in real essence of political concepts interlinked with modern democratic tendencies. Success in modernization of Ukrainian socio-political reality consists in effective modernization of communicative matrix of Ukrainian political process.
