Abstract: Дисертаційне дослідження присвячено проблемі виховання етнічної толерантності студентів засобами діяльності музичного клубу. Обґрунтовано сутність, чинники та особливості виховання етнічної толерантності студентів засобами клубної діяльності. Визначено критерії вихованості етнічної толерантності студенів (когнітивний, емоційно-мотиваційний, поведінковий), відповідні показники та рівні вихованості (мінімальний, середній, достатній). Надана характеристика напрямів діяльності музичного клубу щодо виховання етнічної толерантності студентів. Упроваджено змістовно-технологічне забезпечення виховання етнічної толерантності студентів засобами діяльності музичного клубу.
Диссертационное исследование посвящено проблеме воспитания этнической толерантности студентов средствами деятельности музыкального клуба. Обоснована сущность, факторы и особенности воспитания этнической толерантности студентов средствами клубной деятельности. Определены критерии оценки воспитанности этнической толерантности студентов (когнитивный, эмоционально-мотивационный, поведенческий), соответствующие показатели и уровни воспитанности (минимальный, средний, достаточный). Осуществлена характеристика направлений деятельности музыкального клуба по воспитанию этнической толерантности студентов. Внедрено содержательно-технологическое обеспечение воспитания этнической толерантности студентов средствами деятельности музыкального клуба.
Dissertation research is sanctified to the problem of education of ethnic tolerance of students by facilities of club activity. Ethnic tolerance is defined as the kind of tolerance that is based on the principles of mutual understanding, solidarity and patience; it is described as a psychosocial trait of individuals expressed in their readiness for cooperation, partnership, cultural exchange, and respect for personal and social dignity of people from other ethnic groups. The fostering of ethnic tolerance is viewed as the formation of readiness in an individual to initiate contact and maintain further interaction with people from different national, ethnic or religious groups; the process of prevention and mitigation of intolerance in the attitude towards other nations or communities. In research essence and factors of education of ethnic tolerance of students are reasonable in activity of higher educational establishment. Education of ethnic tolerance is examined as a process of warning and overcoming of displays of untolerance in attitudes toward the representatives of other nations or people, forming of readiness of personality to the contact and further co-operating with the people of other national, ethnic, religious independence. Essence and features of education of ethnic tolerance of students are reasonable by facilities of club activity. Club certainly as multifunction recreation, in a civilized manner- elucidative organization or establishment the main task of that is providing of necessities of population in rich in content leisure, assistance to the self-education and creative realization of personality. Potential and features of education of ethnic tolerance of students are educed by facilities of activity of musical club. Semantic and quantitative (scale from 0 to 18) description of levels of breeding of ethnic tolerance of students (sufficient, middle, minimum) is given. Defects are educed in the modern state of educator work of higher educational establishments after direction of breeding of ethnic tolerance of students. The estimation of levels of education of ethnic tolerance of students is carried out on the first stage of experiment allowed to draw conclusion, that: the same time indexes of ethnic tolerance, that were formed at sufficient level showed up in small part of students (less than 20%). Effectiveness of the content-technological providing of education of ethnic tolerance of students is tested by facilities of musical club. To the structure of the content- technological providing of education of ethnic tolerance of students the semantic entered facilities of activity of musical club of this providing and technological to composition. By basic semantic directions of activity on education of ethnic tolerance of students it was certain: development of the emotional experiencing, forming of aesthetic perception of the world and bringing in to musical activity. The technological providing is described as totality of methods, forms, receptions and facilities of educator work from education of ethnic tolerance of students. On education of ethnic tolerance of students a student musical club is select the basic complex form of experimental work. A student musical club is select as a form of educator work that will be able to integrate the system of educator influences (musical, artistic-estetically, moral education) sent to confession of value of ethnic tolerance as personality formation and forming of skills and abilities of tolerant behavior. With the aim of education ethnic of tolerance of students during employments of musical club "Through music to the world" it was conducted: lectures ("Music connects people", "Shedrick" in the different countries of the world" etc.), musical evenings ("Friendship destroys borders", "Music of hearts"), musical living rooms ("Modern Ukrainian and China music", A "lullaby is the world music" etc.), training sessions ("A road is to itself on the waves of music", "Tolerance: that it"?, "What color is the music of tolerance"? etc.), contests ("Wisdom of people – for children", "Musical connoisseur"), jam-session "Music without an agreement", conversation ("As friendship begins", "We are all different – we are all equal"!) and discussion ("Music style and lifestyle", "Will tolerance increase your personal growth?" etc.). The estimation of data of experiment proved that due to introduction of the content- technological providing of process of education of ethnic tolerance of students facilities of musical club are noticeable changes in the levels of indexes of breeding of ethnic tolerance of students of control and experimental groups. The most noticeable results of education of ethnic tolerance of students of ЕГ were got on such indexes: "realization of meaningfulness of ethnic tolerance", "satisfaction from character, to maintenance of co- operating with the representatives of other ethnic groups", "presence for the students of positive experience of poliethnic cooperation". It is marked that the general positive dynamics of breeding of ethnic tolerance of students on all criteria and levels for ЕG presents 22,35%, for comparison in KG 5,79%. The author proposes further areas of research into the raised issue, including social and educational efforts aimed at fostering ethnic tolerance in students living in the sociocultural environment of a big city; professional training in fostering ethnic tolerance in young people for providers of social and educational work; improving the students’ readiness for tackling other kinds of intolerance.
