implementation. The first basic wellness, when the learning process is associated with techniques that ensure the achievement of
the average standards of physical development and physical fitness, assessed by the results of state testing and pedagogical
control. The second stage is the stage of practical mastery of the skills and skills of program sports and recreational forms of
physical culture with an orientation toward the development of basic motor abilities.
