У статті розглядаються теоретико-методичні підходи щодо класифікації засобів української народної
фізичної культури та вказуються шляхи їх удосконалення.
В статье рассматриваются теоретико-методические подходы к
классификации средств украинской народной физической культуры и указываются пути их совершенствования.
The article deals with theoretical and methodological approaches to the classification of assets Ukrainian folk
physical culture and indicate ways to improve them. The actual problem is the study of features of functioning of funds of the Ukrainian
people’s physical culture in the life of youth, that will contribute to a better understanding of the couses of appearanse and the
characteristics of the formation of differen physical exercises, their connection with traditional folk rituals and customs. For the effective
funding of Ukrainian folk physical culture in fhysical education of students youth, must, first of all, to study and analyse the existing
experiens of specialists on the implementation of these physical exercises in the educational process of higher education institutions.
To this purpose we developed and distributed a questionnaire for theatre of physifcal education.
Pedagogical observations were used during the organization of the Ukrainian national physical culture to determine the
introduced changes’ effectiveness to their contents and organisation. The object of pedagogical observations were the different
activities duration (communication, organization, doing exercise, relaxation).
It is summarized the information about the use of the Ukrainian ethnic culture in the youth life. The modern conditions of
Ukrainian national physical culture application in higher educational institutions are studied. Recommendations for improvement of the
methodology usage of the Ukrainian national physical culture funds in students physical education study are developed, the research
results analysis is done.
