У статті проаналізовано участь волонтерів в різних заходах та проектах, розкриті основні шляхи залучення
населення для участі в організації та проведенні фізкультурно-оздоровчих заходів (спортивних змагань), виявлено найбільш
ефективні засоби залучення населення до спортивної волонтерської діяльності.
В статье проанализированы показатели участия волонтеров в различных мероприятиях и проектах,
раскрыты основные пути привлечения населения для участия в организации и проведении физкультурно-
оздоровительных мероприятий (спортивных соревнований), выявлены наиболее эффективные способы привлечения
населения к спортивной волонтерской деятельности. Исследованием установлено, что спортивное волонтерское
движение активно начало развиваться в г. Харькове с 2012 г., основными участниками которого стали студенты
Харьковской государственной академии физической культуры, с 2013 г. В Академии ведется целенаправленная
подготовка спортивных волонтеров на кафедре менеджмента физической культуры, для этого разработана авторская
программа их подготовки. Опрос жителей г. Харькова показал, что 47,7% опрошенных принимали участие в спортивных
волонтерских проектах, при этом, основным источником информирования 54,4% респондентов считают социальные сети, в которых размещается информация о спортивных соревнованиях.
The article analyzes
the participation of volunteers in various events and projects, describes the main sources of attracting people to participate in the
organization and holding of sports events (sports competitions), the most effective means of attracting to the sports volunteer activities.
The sports volunteer movement has been developing in Kharkiv since 2012. The main participants of which were students of
Kharkov State Academy of Physical Culture. Since 2013, the Academy is focused training of sports volunteers at the Department of
Management of Physical Culture, for this purpose, the author's program for their preparation. Through this training significantly
improved the state of development of sport volunteerism, as evidenced by the following indicators: number of fitness activities and
sports in which volunteers participated Sports Academy has grown in 4.1 times and is 61 year event; the overall rate of participation of
volunteers from among students of the Academy of sports and recreational activities and competitive sports has increased almost 10
times and in 2013 is 4 250 times; the magnitude of fitness activities and sports in which participated volunteers from the Academy in
2013 and has grown to stage the World Cup, European Championship.
A survey of Kharkiv residents showed, the respondents who think for themselves need to be socially useful and to participate
in various activities and projects as volunteers – 63.1% were involved in organizing and conducting social projects, 49.9% of realized
themselves as volunteers in cultural projects, sports projects were involved in 47.7% of the respondents, environmental projects were
the subject of attention of 28.8%. The main sources of information of respondents about their participation in sports volunteers were:
social networks – 54,4%, the school is 46.6%, friends of 40.4%, the website of the Department of family, youth and sports is 19.3%,
the site public associations (federations, sports) is 18.4%, online publication – 7% and 3.5% received information through the parents.
The results of the responses of the respondents where they learned about the organization and conduct of sporting events and
competitions, however, which methods of communication they consider most effective, suggests that the most effective means of
attracting people to the sport volunteer activities can be considered: social networks, advertising in public areas and the information
made available through educational institutions.
