життя та зміцнення здоров’я школярів. Обґрунтовано актуальність проблеми підготовки майбутнього вчителя фізичної
культури до здоров’язбережувальної діяльності учнів; окреслено основні шляхи покращення здоров’я школярів.
В статье рассматриваются особенности подготовки будущего
специалиста к формированию здорового образа жизни и укреплению здоровья школьников. Обоснована актуальность
проблемы подготовки будущего учителя физической культуры к здоровьесберегающей деятельности учеников;
намечены основные пути улучшения здоровья школьников.
The article reveals peculiarities of preparation of future specialist to promote healthy lifestyles and health improvement among
schoolchildren. The actuality of the problem of training future teachers of physical culture to promote health-supporting activity of
schoolchildren is grounded; the main ways to improve the health of schoolchildren are defined.
In modern conditions, the higher requirements to professional and personal qualities are set for teachers. He should be not
only a highly professional specialist within his subject, but also a person of high health culture in his profession. The status and role of
the teacher as a professional and creative personality is determined by preparedness. This is a teacher who stands as a central link in
the organization of health-supporting school activity among schoolchildren, their views and motivation for a healthy lifestyle.
The problem of schoolchildren health-supporting activity in the theory and practice of modern pedagogy takes one of the
leading places. One of its unexplored aspects is the readiness formation of future physical education teacher trainees at the stage of
study in university to provide pupils health preservation. The research deals with an analysis of psychological and educational,
methodical and special literature on the readiness formation of physical education teacher trainees to pupils health preservation.
As a result of analysis of the literature, the importance of preparing future teachers of physical culture to promote health-supporting activity within their professional training is substantiated.
