Стаття присвячена здоровому способу життя як важливому компоненту студентської
життєдіяльності. Основна увага звернута на інтегративність як суттєву характеристику цього компоненту, розкрито
різні його аспекти. Наголошено на необхідності дотримання навчальними закладами певних умов для ефективного
забезпечення інтегративності у реалізації студентами здорового способу життя. Наводяться результати
експериментального дослідження стану дотримання здорового способу життя серед студентської молоді.

Основное внимание обращено на интегративность как существенную характеристику этого компонента, раскрыто
разные его аспекты. Акцентировано на необходимости выполнения учебными заведениями определенных условий для
эффективного обеспечения интегративности в реализации студентами здорового образа жизни. Подаются результаты
экспериментального исследования ведения здорового образа жизни среди студенческой молодежи.
The article is
devoted to the problem of healthy lifestyle of students. The main attention is devoted to the integration as an important component of
the live activity of youth. Different aspects of this phenomenon are under analysis.
Actuality of the problem of healthy lifestyle is closely connected either with its’ public and personal importance and also with
the necessity of practical solving the existing negative problems in students social environment.
Essential importance of the problem of the students’ healthy lifestyle becomes
in professional training of future pedagogues. These future professionals will constantly work with children and young people. The
constant obligation of professional work with this social group is to have high competency in formation healthy lifestyle of these young
people.
In is necessary to have good theoretical knowledge in this problem and be able to organize practical work with children:
some sport competitions, games, lectures about healthy lifestyle etc.
The state is responsible for creating some legislation, good conditions for growing up healthy generation. Educational
establishments are responsible for realization good conditions in the study process, which are important for the formation of students’
habits and skills of healthy lifestyle.
Parents have their special responsibility for health of their children, healthy nutrition, realization of preventive measures,
supporting close connection with medical specialists, pedagogues etc.
The results of the empirical research testified that there are some contradictions in the process of formation of students’
healthy lifestyle. Young people wrote that they have some negative habits, such as smoking, using alcohol, spending much time with
computer games etc. This shows us that there are some problems which are to be solved with the help of forming healthy lifestyle of our young people.
