У статті розкривається зміст занять з гімнастики як засобу фізичного виховання учнів підліткового віку. Із цією
метою проаналізовано ефективність та значущість гімнастики у фізичному вихованні. Встановлено, що застосування в
загальноосвітніх школах гімнастики сприяє зміцненню здоров’я, гармонійному розвитку й формуванню в учнів фізичної вихованості.

раскрывается содержание занятий по гимнастике как средства физического воспитания учащихся подросткового возраста. С
этой целью проанализирована эффективность и значимость гимнастики в физическом воспитании. Установлено, что
применение в общеобразовательных школах гимнастики способствует укреплению здоровья, гармоничному развитию и
формированию в учащихся физической воспитанности.
Actuality of problem
of research physical education of adolescent pupils in the process of gymnastics lessons is due to the orientation of educational theory and
practice in the development of modern techniques that improve the efficiency of the educational process in comprehensive secondary
schools. The effectiveness of implementation of new content in physical education depends on the development and realization of effective
methods and other factors. The study and analysis of psychological, pedagogical and sports literature proves that science envisages moving
forward, one of the prerequisites is to review traditional positions. In the system of physical education it consists in the creative flexible
approach to application all the richness of theoretical and methodical principle instead of traditional standards and stamps. This should help
to achieve the main goal - to the end of the school course to form in pupils the ability to manage vital motor actions in different conditions
and cultivate their need for regular exercises throughout life. It is necessary to optimize the process of physical education, especially in
secondary school pupils, emphasize Ukrainian scientists and educators.
One of the most promising directions of optimization of physical education is a rational use of effective tools and techniques of
improving motor skills children of school age in order to strengthen their health, improvement physical development and physical
preparedness.
In recent years a number of researches devoted particular aspects of solving this problem by means of gymnastics have been
done. First of all, this is the study of the basics of physical education, optimization of physical education etc. The analysis of pedagogical
literature certifying that today some experience of physical education of pupils has accumulated, but the problem of physical education of
teenage pupils means gymnastics in modern conditions is not investigated enough.
The analysis of specialized literature shows that the maximization of opportunities in the formation of knowledge and skills, the
increasing of the level of physical preparedness and education of pupils, their hardening and more can be referred to the most important
criteria for optimal learning and education in the current conditions of schools.
