В статье рассматриваются параметры нагрузки как основы планирования количественно – качественных
отношений в условиях тренировочного процесса баскетболистов. Анализируется содержание тренировочных средств в
зависимости от использования различных по величине объёма и интенсивности.

Modern basketball is
characterized by the intensification of competitive activity, which is manifested in an increase in the density of game action; to reduce the
execution time of both technical methods in general and their individual phases; in the speed and swiftness tactical interactions; increase in
the number of individual gaming activities.
All this is based on a high level of physical fitness of the players, which is based on the ability to display every basketball game of
athleticism in the process of competitive activity. Modern requirements to the level of development of physical qualities is to enable players
to perform complex technical methods and tactical active interaction at high speed as well as the presence of the power pressure from an
opponent; also to maintain a high intensity game.
To implement an effective competitive activity in view of current trends it is necessary to improve the training of all types of highly
skilled basketball players: physical, technical - tactical, psychological.
Optimization of physical fitness contributes to the mastery of technique gaming techniques, improve the efficiency of tactical
actions, achieving fitness, as well as improving mental fitness.
Its main objective - the maximum development of strength, speed and other physical qualities in the relationship and unity. To
solve this problem using specially prepared exercises with the basic characteristic of the exercise stress, coordination, tempo and rhythm of
movement.
