Професійна самореалізація викладачів іноземної мови у ВНЗ

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема розвитку професійної самореалізації викладачів іноземної мови у виші. Розглянуто особливості поняття "самореалізація", "самореалізація викладачів", "самореалізація викладачів іноземної мови". Виокремлено чинники впливу на процес самореалізації викладачів, педагогічні умови самореалізації особистості педагогів. Вказано шляхи покращення самореалізації викладачів вишів. Проаналізовано вплив інноваційних технологій навчання на формування професійної самореалізації викладачів іноземної мови у виші.

В статье рассматривается проблема развития профессиональной самореализации преподавателей иностранного языка в вузе. Рассмотрены особенности понятия "самореализация", "самореализация преподавателей", "самореализация преподавателей иностранного языка". Выделены факторы влияния на процесс самореализации преподавателей, педагогические условия самореализации личности педагогов. Зазначены пути улучшения самореализации преподавателей вузов. Проанализировано влияние инновационных технологий обучения на формирование профессиональной самореализации преподавателей иностранного языка в вузе.

The problem of the development professional self-realization the teachers of the foreign language at the higher school has been considered in the article. The features of the concept "self-realization", "self-realization the teachers", "self-realization the teacher of the foreign language" have been considered. The self-realization the teachers of the foreign languages is the complex process of interaction between creativity and professional qualities and characteristics of teacher with social environment associated with the activity of the individual, purposeful and level of claims. The development of the professional self-realization the teacher of the foreign language – is the systematic process of learning and improving professional skills. The factors that influenced on the process of self-realization the teachers, pedagogical conditions of self-realization the teachers individual have been determined. Thus, to the factors include the presence of the high level of teachers readiness for teaching activities, the high level of competence, pedagogical and communication skills.
