This article considers the questions of
improving the role of lessons on physical culture and sport. This role promotes effectiveness of students’ education. The approaches to
determination of the essence of lessons on physical culture and sport at students’ education are opened. Physical culture is the pedagogical
science but a pedagogical science is the science about education and learning. At first there is the education then there is the scientific lessons.
Both of them we can consider as the whole. The education is the one of the methods of manifestation of human’s person which differs human
from other alive creatures. Education differs from other influences on a human a presence of realized aim and tasks, programm, application of
specially worked means, forms and methods of influence. The organization of educational process shows at teacher’s skill to provide controlled
formation of students’ person according to aim and task their all – round development. A control for formation of student’s person is realized at
educational and training process and requires knowledge of methods of influence on a person as well as requires skill to work with these
knowledge in certain conditions. Physical culture and sport at educational process of higher educational establishment are as the means of
social becoming future specialists, as the means of active development of individual and professionally important qualities of future specialists,
as the means of education of future specialists with the point of view of collective and mutual aid with a sense of responsibility and pride for their
collective, state, as the means of achievement of physical improvement.
