The analysis of physical
exercises as the main means of physical training in the preparation of students is given. The article is devoted to the preparation of students of
technical specialties in their profession. In modern social and economic conditions physical education takes a variety of forms and trends which
can only be effective provided that at the lessons it will be considered interest, opportunity and need for studies of selected types of exercises;
physical loads are based on differentiated set of tools and systems, graduated physical exercises and regular exercises due to the level of
health and youth development. The term "means" is derived from the word "average", "median". Means is that what man is created for a
particular purpose. To the means of physical improvement we include physical exercises, improving natural forces and hygiene factors. Physical
exercise is the main and specific means of physical perfection, a special type of moving activity through which the action is directed at someone
who does. Physical exercises are the moving actions by which it is solved educational, upbringing objectives and tasks of physical
development. Repeated execution of moving actions creates moving activity. The forces of nature, hygiene factors are the helpful means.
These allow you better and better to use the main means, to create the conditions for the effective influence on those who is involved and the
successful organization and reading lessons. Basic and helpful means of physical education should be applied in unity. When certain physical
exercise is carried out it is impossible to achieve educational goals and objectives of the formation of physical culture of person. It is necessary
repetition of exercises many times (presence of moving activity) in order to improve movement or to develop physical qualities. This moving
activity is accompanied by a number of processes in the body.
