Технологія формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців управління судновими технічними системами і комплексами в умовах неперервної освіти

Abstract

У статті основну увагу приділено професійній освіті при підготовці майбутніх фахівців управління судновими технічними системами і комплексами. Визначено, що для успішної професійної підготовки фахівців морського профілю необхідно вдосконалювати процес формування їхньої професійної компетентності, зокрема й в умовах швидких змін у технологічному середовищі та вимогах основних документів Міжнародної морської організації (ІМО). Зазначено, що самоосвіта суднових механіків є невід’ємною складовою їхнього неперервного професійного становлення, що передбачає вивчення нових стандартів, технологій і детальне ознайомлення з інноваціями в галузі суднової механіки й елементи освіти засобами дистанційних технологій. Водночас сучасна концепція організації професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців управління судновими технічними системами і комплексами передбачає формування наскрізних змістовних ліній, їх інтеграцію в єдину структуру, визначення основних етапів професійної підготовки та логічний взаємозв’язок ключових компонентів цього процесу. Описано основні завдання професійної освіти, що передбачають професійну підготовку фахівця відповідного рівня і профілю, який здатен орієнтуватися в суміжних сферах діяльності, а також самостійно вирішувати різноманітні проблемні ситуації. У дослідженні подано покрокову технологію формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців управління судновими технічними системами і комплексами у неперервній підготовці, що складається з чотирьох етапів, а саме: організаційно-процесуального, технічного, технологічного та етапу неперервної підготовки. Пропоновані підходи спрямовані на інтеграцію теоретичного навчання з практичною підготовкою, що дозволяє майбутнім фахівцям управління судновими технічними системами і комплексами набувати необхідні навички для ефективної роботи в морській індустрії та бути готовими до постійного професійного розвитку протягом усієї кар’єри.

The article focuses on professional education in the training of future specialists in the management of ship technical sys-tems and complexes. It is determined that for successful professional training of maritime specialists, it is necessary to improve the process of forming their professional competence, in particular in the conditions of rapid changes in the technological envi-ronment and the requirements of the main documents of the International Maritime Organization (IMO). It is noted that self-education of ship mechanics is an integral part of their continuous professional development, which involves the study of new standards, technologies and detailed familiarization with innovations in the field of ship mechanics and elements of education by means of distance technologies. At the same time, the modern concept of organizing professional training of future specialists in the management of ship technical systems and complexes involves the formation of cross-cutting content lines, their integration into a single structure, determination of the main stages of professional training and logical interconnection of key components of this process. The main tasks of vocational education are described, which provide for the professional training of a specialist of the appro-priate level and profile, who is able to navigate in related areas of activity, as well as independently solve various problem sit-uations. The study presents a step-by-step technology for the formation of professional competence of future specialists in the man-agement of ship technical systems and complexes in continuous training, consisting of four stages, namely: organizational and procedural, technical, technological and the stage of continuous training. The proposed approaches are aimed at integrating theoretical training with practical training, which allows future specialists in the management of ship technical systems and complexes to acquire the necessary skills for effective work in the maritime industry and to be ready for continuous profes-sional development throughout their careers.
