Особливу увагу приділено аналізу сучасних тенденцій ринку праці, який демонструє високий попит на фахівців із компетенціями у сфері DevOps, що робить необхідним інтеграцію цих знань у освітні програми. Специфіка DevOps як міждисциплінарного підходу зумовлює низку труднощів, пов’язаних із необхідністю синхронізації теоретичної та практичної підготовки студентів. Висвітлено виклики адаптації освітніх програм до динамічних реалій інформаційних технологій, серед яких швидкий розвиток інструментів, дефіцит технічної інфраструктури, а також необхідність підвищення кваліфікації викладачів. Обговорюються педагогічні підходи, спрямовані на забезпечення ефективного навчання, зокрема використання проектних методів, інтерактивних технік, а також важливість співпраці з ІТ-компаніями для впровадження актуальних практик. А акцентується увага на технічній інфраструктурі, яка є критично важливою для створення лабораторій DevOps, і на методологічних та організаційних аспектах, які необхідно врахувати для забезпечення гнучкості освітніх програм. The article examines the key challenges and issues of integrating DevOps cycle courses into the educational process of higher education institutions. Special attention is given to analyzing current labor market trends, which demonstrate a high demand for specialists with competencies in the DevOps field, making the integration of these skills into educational programs essen-tial. The interdisciplinary nature of DevOps poses several challenges, including the need to synchronize students' theoretical and practical training. The paper highlights the challenges of adapting educational programs to the dynamic realities of infor-mation technology, such as the rapid evolution of tools, a lack of technical infrastructure, and the necessity for faculty skill enhancement.
The discussion includes pedagogical approaches aimed at ensuring effective learning, particularly the use of project-based methods, interactive techniques, and the importance of collaboration with IT companies to implement up-to-date practices.
