У статті розкрито питання професійної дизайн-підготовки майбутніх учителів технологій в контексті сучасної освіти. Актуальність теми дослідження зумовлена стрімким розвитком технологій та змін у навчальних програмах, що вимагає впровадження інноваційних методик навчання, а це означає, що учителі повинні мати не лише глибокі знання предмету, але й навички та креативність у використанні технологічних інструментів для підвищення ефективності навчання.
Професійна дизайн-підготовка стає ключовим елементом у підготовці майбутніх учителів технологій, дозволяючи їм ефективно впроваджувати інновації у свою педагогічну діяльність. Розкрито поняття «професійна підготовка», а також наведено визначення «професійна дизайн-підготовка майбутніх вчителів технологій». Представлено змістовну характеристику дизайн-підготовки майбутніх учителів технологій на сучасному етапі розвитку освіти.
Досліджено та обґрунтовано психолого-педагогічні аспекти проблеми дизайн-підготовки майбутніх учителів технологій. Ґрунтовно проаналізовано загальні тенденції та перспективи розвитку системи вищої освіти в Україні. Розглянуто основні професійні компетентності з підготовки здобувачів вищої освіти спеціальності А4 «Середня освіта (Технології)», які дозволяють забезпечити ефективну реалізацію професійної педагогічної діяльності майбутніх учителів технологій у світі дизайну.
Звертається увага на необхідність внесення змін в освітні програми щодо дизайн-підготовки учителів технологій, конкурентоспроможних на сучасному ринку праці та здатних гарантувати прогресивний розвиток сучасного суспільства.
Дослідження базується на результатах проведеного ґрунтовного аналізу з визначеної проблематики, що дозволяє висвітлити сутність та запропонувати ефективні шляхи її вирішення. Результати дослідження можуть бути корисними для науковців, вчителів та здобувачів закладів вищої освіти, які працюють у галузі підготовки майбутніх вчителів технологій.
The article discusses the issue of professional design training of future technology teachers in the context of modern education. The relevance of the research topic is due to the rapid development of technologies and changes in curricula, which requires the implementation of innovative teaching methods, which means that teachers must have not only in-depth knowledge of the subject, but also skills and creativity in using technological tools to increase the effectiveness of teaching.
Professional design training is becoming a key element in the training of future technology teachers, allowing them to effectively implement innovations in their pedagogical activities. The concept of "professional training" is disclosed, and the definition of "professional design training of future technology teachers" is also provided. A meaningful description of the design training of future technology teachers at the current stage of education development is presented.
The psychological and pedagogical aspects of the problem of design training of future technology teachers are investigated and substantiated. The general trends and prospects for the development of the higher education system in Ukraine are thoroughly analyzed. The main professional competencies for training higher education applicants in the specialty A4 "Secondary Education (Technology)" are considered, which allow ensuring the effective implementation of the professional pedagogical activities of future technology teachers in the world of design.
