Інформаційна безпека посідає чільне місце у сфері національної безпеки, особливо у світлі зростаючих загроз кіберпростору. У сучасному світі, коли технології швидко розвиваються, необхідність захисту інформаційного простору стає пріоритетним завданням для військових структур. Ця розвідка присвячена дослідженню аспектів інформаційної безпеки офіцерів Національної гвардії України, зокрема аналізу елементів медіаграмотності в освітній парадигмі здобувачів вищої військової освіти.
Метою статті є виявлення сучасних загроз в інформаційному просторі та розробка рекомендацій щодо впровадження медіаграмотності як ключового елемента підготовки майбутніх офіцерів. Інформаційна безпека включає не лише технічні аспекти захисту даних, але й здатність офіцерів критично оцінювати медіаконтент, розпізнавати маніпуляції та протидіяти інформаційним атакам. Викладання елементів медіаграмотності у навчальних програмах Національної академії Національної гвардії України сприяє формуванню навичок медіаграмотного користувача і генератора медіапродукції, що є вкрай важливим для забезпечення національної безпеки.
У статті представлено аналіз сучасних методів і підходів до навчання медіаграмотності, оцінено їхню ефективність і запропоновано рекомендації щодо оптимізації освітніх програм. Особливу увагу приділено питанням розвитку критичного мислення, розпізнаванню фейкових новин та розумінню принципів роботи медіа. Впровадження цих елементів у підготовку офіцерів дає змогу значно підвищити рівень їхньої інформаційної захищеності та готовності до виконання службових обов’язків в умовах інформаційних загроз.
У результаті проведеного дослідження було встановлено, що поєднання технічних засобів захисту інформації з навичками медіаграмотності забезпечує комплексний підхід до інформаційної безпеки. Запропоновані рекомендації можуть бути використані як основа для розробки нових освітніх програм, а також для вдосконалення існуючих методів підготовки офіцерів Національної гвардії України.
Information security occupies one of the leading positions in the field of national security, especially in light of the growing threats of cyberspace. In the modern world, where technologies are rapidly developing, the need to protect the information space becomes a priority task for military structures. This study is dedicated to researching the aspects of information security of officers of the National Guard of Ukraine, specifically analyzing the elements of media literacy in the educational paradigm of cadets pursuing higher military education.
The aim of the article is to identify modern threats in the information space and to develop recommendations for the implementation of media literacy as a key element in the training of future officers. Information security includes not only the technical aspects of data protection but also the ability of officers to critically assess media content, recognize manipulations, and counteract information attacks. The introduction of media literacy elements into the educational programs of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine contributes to the formation of skills for a media-literate user and producer of media products, which is extremely important for ensuring national security.
The article presents an analysis of modern methods and approaches to teaching media literacy, evaluates their effectiveness, and offers recommendations for optimizing educational programs. Particular attention is paid to issues of developing critical thinking, recognizing fake news, and understanding the principles of media operation. Implementing these elements in officer training significantly enhances their level of information security and readiness to perform service duties under conditions of information threats.
As a result of the conducted research, it was established that the combination of technical means of information protection with media literacy skills ensures a comprehensive approach to information security. The proposed recommendations can be used as a basis for developing new educational programs, as well as for improving existing methods of training officers of the National Guard of Ukraine.
