Особливості використання знань з логістики майбутніми фахівцями сфери послуг фізичної культури і спорту

Abstract

Статтю присвячено вивченню особливостей використання знань з логістики майбутніми фахівцями сфери послуг фізичної культури і спорту. Проаналізовано значення ефективності застосування логістичного підходу у державному управлінні спортивними організаціями. Узагальнено сутність поняття «логістична система». Охарактеризовано основні риси логістичних систем сфери послуг фізичної культури і спорту. Систематизовано ключові елементи логістичних систем, до яких віднесено: органи державного регулювання та муніципального управління, Міністерство молоді та спорту, спонсорські компанії, громадські та добровільні організації, маркетингові та рекламні служби, комерційні підприємства, установи та заклади вищої освіти з підготовки фахівців галузі фізичної культури і спорту. Визначено головні ознаки класифікації логістичних систем. Розглянуті та охарактеризовані основні види логістичних систем, такі як: макро-, мікро- та мезологічні. Сформульовано мету формування логістичних систем сфери послуг фізичної культури і спорту. Проаналізовано основні етапи формування логістичних систем. Охарактеризовані основні методи та принципи, що використовуються під час формування логістичних систем спортивних організацій. Обґрунтовані основні логістичні завдання, що вирішуються науковими інструментами. Визначені основні вимоги для персоналу служби логістики під час обслуговування клієнтів.

The use of a logistical approach in the state management of physical culture and sports organizations contributes to the rationalization of the range of physical culture and sports services, the conduct of sports and entertainment events, the educational and training process, as well as information and advisory, educational and other of physical culture and sports services. In this regard, the most significant role is played by the management of logistical flows based on the formation of a logistics management system, which ensures an increase in the quality of the services provided. The article is devoted to the study of the features of the use of logistics knowledge by future specialists in the field of physical education and sports services. The significance of the effectiveness of the use of a logistical approach in the state management of sports organizations is analyzed. The essence of the concept of «logistics system» is summarized. The main features of logistics systems in the sphere of physical culture and sports services are characterized. The key elements of logistics systems are systematized, which include: state regulatory and municipal authorities, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, sponsoring companies, public and voluntary organizations, marketing and advertising services, commercial enterprises, institutions and higher education institutions for the training of specialists in the field of physical culture and sports. The main features of the classification of logistics systems are determined. The main types of logistics systems are considered and characterized, such as: macro-, micro- and mesological. The goal of forming logistics systems in the sphere of physical culture and sports services is formulated. The main stages of forming logistics systems are analyzed. The main methods and principles used in forming logistics systems of sports organizations are characterized. The main logistical tasks solved by scientific tools are substantiated. The main requirements for logistics service personnel when servicing customers are determined.
