Фізкультурно-спортивна реабілітація в логопедії: психофізіологічний аспект

Abstract

Стаття присвячена вивченню використання засобів фізкультурно-спортивної реабілітації при порушеннях мовлення у дітей, зокрема обгрунтовується психофізіологічний вплив застосування фізичних вправ та спорту для покращення стану дітей із мовленнєвими порушеннями. Мета статті – обгрунтувати використання різноманітних засобів фізкультурно-спортивної реабілітації при корекції мовленнєвих порушеннях, зокрема розглянути їх психофізіологічний аспект. Вивчено вплив засобів покращення стану дітей з мовленнєвими порушеннями в поєднанні з існуючими методами і засобами фізкультурно-спортивної реабілітації, враховуючи психофізіологічні особливості дітей. Встановлено, що комплексний підхід із застосуванням засобів для відновлення мовленнєвих функцій дозволяє покращити реабілітацію дітей з мовленнєвими порушеннями. При фізкультурно-спортивній реабілітації дітей із порушеннями мовлення активізуються кілька психофізіологічних процесів, які сприяють покращенню як фізичного стану, так і мовленнєвих функцій. Ці процеси стосуються роботи нервової, м'язової, дихальної та сенсомоторної систем, а також сприяють покращенню емоційного стану дитини.

The article is devoted to the study of the use of physical culture and sports rehabilitation for speech disorders in children, in particular, the psychophysiological effect of the use of physical exercises and sports to improve the condition of children with speech disorders is substantiated. The use of physical and sports rehabilitation in speech therapy is a modern approach aimed at rehabilitation, covering not only speech functions, but also the general physical and emotional state of the child. Physical exercise contributes to the formation of new neural connections that improve coordination, memory and thinking necessary for the development of speech, and participation in sports and team activities contributes to the development of communication, which is especially important for children with speech delays. Thus, there is a need to use physical culture and sports rehabilitation as an integral part of speech therapy. The purpose of the article is to justify the use of various means of physical culture and sports rehabilitation in the correction of speech disorders, in particular, to consider their psychophysiological aspect. The influence of means of improving the condition of children with speech disorders in combination with existing methods and means of physical culture and sports rehabilitation, taking into account the psychophysiological features of children, is studied. It has been determined that an integrated approach with the use of means for restoring speech functions can improve the rehabilitation of children with speech disorders. In the physical and sports rehabilitation of children with speech disorders, several psychophysiological processes are activated, which contribute to the improvement of both physical condition and speech functions. These processes relate to the work of the nervous, muscular, respiratory and sensorimotor systems, and also contribute to the improvement of the emotional state of the child.
