Розвиток професійної спортивної освіти є важливим чинником формування ефективної системи фізичної культури та спорту в Україні та світі. Високий рівень підготовки спортивних кадрів визначає не лише спортивні досягнення країни, а й загальний рівень фізичної активності населення, розвиток здорового способу життя та конкурентоспроможність випускників на міжнародному ринку праці. Дослідження аналізує міжнародний досвід спортивної освіти на прикладі провідного світового навчального закладу – Університету Лафборо (Loughborough University), Великобританія, та вивчає можливості адаптації його передових практик в Україні.
В роботі розглянуто проблеми підготовки спортивних фахівців, зокрема невідповідність між теоретичною освітою та практичними навичками, застарілі методики навчання, недостатнє фінансування та слабка матеріально-технічна база вищих навчальних закладів. Зосереджено увагу на інноваційних підходах, що використовуються в Лафборо, включаючи мультидисциплінарність, тісний зв’язок науки та практики, можливості міжнародної співпраці, а також впровадження новітніх технологій, зокрема штучного інтелекту (ШІ), в освітню діяльність.
На основі порівняльного аналізу зроблено висновки щодо перспектив розвитку спортивної освіти в Україні, зокрема необхідність впровадження практико-орієнтованого навчання, створення міжнародних програм подвійного диплома, активізації дослідницької роботи студентів та посилення співпраці з міжнародними освітніми й спортивними організаціями.
The development of professional sports education is an important factor in the formation of an effective system of physical culture and sports in Ukraine and the world. A high level of training of sports personnel determines not only the country's sports achievements, but also the general level of physical activity of the population, the development of a healthy lifestyle and the competitiveness of graduates in the international labor market. The study analyzes the international experience of sports education using the example of a leading world educational institution - Loughborough University, Great Britain, and studies the possibilities of adapting its advanced practices in Ukraine.
The paper considers the problems of training sports specialists, in particular, the discrepancy between theoretical education and practical skills, outdated teaching methods, insufficient funding and weak material and technical base of higher educational institutions. The focus is on innovative approaches used in Loughborough, including multidisciplinarity, close connection between science and practice, opportunities for international cooperation, as well as the introduction of new technologies, in particular artificial intelligence (AI), into educational activities.
Based on a comparative analysis, conclusions are drawn regarding the prospects for the development of sports education in Ukraine, in particular the need to introduce practice-oriented training, create international double degree programs, activate students' research work and strengthen cooperation with international educational and sports organizations.
